By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Cyprus only and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to purchase products from Handy Spa you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Handy Spa retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. All prices advertised are subject to changes without notice.

Pricing and availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs may and will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total'.

Order Procedure

www.handyspacyprus.com has made distances so small, so that with the ease of your house or office chair you can order any item from our Online Shop and we will deliver it to your door.  Just follow the following simple steps and before you know it your purchases will arrive just outside your door.

a. Choose from our Main Menu the Product Category from which you would like to purchase items, and then just click on the Add to Cart button next to the item you want to purchase. Your chosen item has already been placed in your Shopping Cart.

b. Then you can continue with your shopping, accept the Terms and Conditions and click the “Complete Order” button. The login page will then open, where, if you are already a member of our Online Shop, you must simply submit your username and password; otherwise you can register at this point. New member registration is easy and will only take a few seconds.

c. Before you complete your order you will be able to go to your Account and make any changes you like to your personal information. You will also be able to change your order’s content, like delete one or more products from your shopping cart, add more products or increase or decrease the quantity of the selected products as explained in the “Cancellations & Returns”Section.

d. Next, you will be redirected to a page where you will choose a Shipping Address and then click the “Place Order” button.

e. You are almost done. You will now perform a final check of your order and click the “Proceed to Checkout”. You will be immediately redirected to the payment secure page and after your successful payment the system will redirect you to our website. You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details and an invoice of your payment. After that, all you have to do is to wait for your order to arrive at your door.

Our system will save your order in your Account, where you will be able to review and check your current and old orders as often as you like.

You will be able to place and review your order in English language only.

Entire agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all proceeding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Handy Spa. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Handy Spa Marketing department.
