Cancellations & Returns


Handy Spa Team is committed to delivering superior customer service and always ensures to get excellent products at reasonable prices to each and every one of our customers, because customer satisfaction is very important to us.

All our customers have the option to edit, change, remove or add products to their shopping cart during their order procedure by simply using the appropriate buttons available. For more help, please see “How to Place an order” under Customer Support.

By the time you reach the Payment procedure and press the “Complete Order” button, you cannot edit your order further. You are advised to check and confirm your order before reaching the final step where your order will be finalized.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must send us an email on [email protected], requesting cancellation with your order details (name, order number, reason for your cancellation) within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be in original conditions, unopened and sealed within 30 days of receiving the items.

You have the right to claim a damaged product within 24 hours of receipt, so you are advised to check the products as soon as you receive them. Upon delivering of your order, a signature is always required. You have the right not to receive a damaged or a faulty parcel.


If you received an incorrect product or a product damaged during transit or even if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:

1) The product must be in original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged unless the product is faulty.

2) All returns must be authorized by email to [email protected] before returning with your name, order number and reason for returning.

3) You return within 30 days of receipt of your order.

4) Shipping and handling costs are responsibility of the customer.

5) Returns that do not conform to our returns policy will not be accepted and no refund will be made.

6) Delivery Cost is not refundable, unless the item was faulty or delivered in error.

Once we have received the return items and ensure that the return meets the conditions you have following options:

1) Exchange the returned item with another product of your choice at the same original value.

2) We will issue a voucher with the corresponding amount.

3) We will refund the full amount of the returned item on the credit or debit card used to place the order.

Returns are customers’ responsibility, so ensure that they are packed up properly so they cannot get damaged on the way and send it back to us with a copy of your invoice.
