HOW TO USE:
– It can be applied to the outer and inner rim of the eye.
– Apply as close to lashes as possible.
TIPS FOR PERFECT RESULTS:
– Use the pencil eyeliner to draw a baseline along the eyelids.
– Draw a line from the outer corner to the inner corner of the eye.
– Make sure to fill in all spaces between the eyelashes by moving the pencil eyeliner in short strokes instead of drawing a line in one stroke.
– An alternative easier way is to start in the middle of the upper eyelid and draw the line outwards. Then start towards the inner corner of the eye with small strokes until finish the line in the upper eyelid.
