Giveaway Terms & Conditions

General

1. These terms and conditions together with any specific instructions on Handy Spa’s Giveaway website https://handyspacyprus.com/handyspa-giveaway are the Giveaway rules and apply to the Handy Spa Wellness Giveaway by Handy Spa Nicosia, Cyprus. By joining the giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and Handy Spa’s privacy policy. The giveaway commences on 02/06/2020 and closes on 12/06/2020. Winners will be announced on 12/06/2020
2. Handy Spa may, acting reasonably and at its sole discretion, apply, interpret, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Rules at any time, without notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or on our Giveaway website. The most recent terms and conditions will always be posted on our Giveaway website.
3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the results and all other matters relating to the Giveaway, the decisions are final and conclusive. 

Qualifying Entrants 

4. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Handy Spa, are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. Handy Spa reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if Handy Spa is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible. 
5. The Giveaway is open to people 18 years or older when entering the Giveaway, with a residential address in the Republic of Cyprus.
6. You are entitled to enter the Giveaway if you reside in the Republic of Cyprus 
7. Handy Spa reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. Handy Spa also reserves the right to disqualify and remove any entries based on suspicion of infringement of any third party rights or if Handy Spa has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.

Giveaway Entries 

8. By joining and entering your email on https://handyspacyprus.com/handyspa-giveaway and referring friends, you enter the giveaway. 
9. Only Entries submitted via https://handyspacyprus.com/handyspa-giveaway, with the required fields filled in, by the Giveaway’s closing date and time, are accepted. Proof of submission of the Entry cannot be accepted as proof of delivery, and Handy Spa shall not be responsible for Entries not received for whatever reason.
10. By entering the Giveaway, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. 
11. There is no purchase requirement to enter the Giveaway and there is no charge to register for use of Instagram/Facebook.
12. Handy Spa has the right to, at its sole discretion, immediately remove any material deemed offensive.

Draw

13. The winners will be randomly selected through a draw that will take place on 12/06/2020.

Prizes 

14. A winner wins one (1) Hempfulness set, worth €345, another winner wins one (1) set of eight (8) soaps, worth €109, and a third winner wins one (1) gift voucher of €50. (These are hereinafter referred to as the “Prizes”). 
15. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes cannot be returned nor exchanged in the Handy Spa store or online.
16. The Winner of the voucher card will receive the prize at the Handy Spa store in Nicosia, Cyprus at a mutually agreed date and time, the gift voucher can be combined with other offers. By entering into the Giveaway the winner gives his/her consent for the disclosure of relevant photographic material in Handy Spa’s social media channels.
17. The Prizes are awarded at Handy Spa’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. 
18. The Winners will be notified by email. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable, failure to claim the Prize within this time or failure to submit additional information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 
19. Handy Spa cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with winning the Prize, else than what is specified in the Rules. If costs such as taxes or loss of income would arise as a result of winning the Giveaway, they shall be borne by you.

Intellectual Property Rights & Use of Entries 

20. You specifically grant Handy Spa a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to moderate and use your Entry on any of Handy Spa’s marketing channels. 
21. By entering the Giveaway and accepting the Rules you agree your Entry can be broadcasted via digital feeds.
22. By entering the Giveaway and accepting the Rules, you agree that Handy Spa may use your personal details for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway.
23. By entering the Giveaway, you give Handy Spa permission to contact you via email if you are a Winner and to use your name on Instagram/Facebook to announce the Winners on Handy Spa’s Instagram/Facebook account.
24. Handy Spa reserves the right to add you onto its mailing list for future communication where users will be allowed to opt out from. 

Limitation of Liability 

25. Handy Spa will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of Instagram/Facebook or any consequences thereof. 
26. Handy Spa accepts no liability for any loss, damages or disappointment arising from entering the Giveaway or in any other way relating to the Giveaway, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
    Jurisdiction
27. The Giveaway and Rules will be governed by Cypriot law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. If you access the Giveaway outside of Cyprus, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
